The Challenge

  • Vonage establishes a strong customer loyalty with its marketing department through its customer account service representatives. An accountable system to school CSRs is needed that is effective for both the learner and the training manager
  • The CSR needs to be able to service first time users who have little or no knowledge of what Vonage does or how VOIP works
  • Needed to take their current PowerPoint training and develop it into an interactive flash-based environment
  • Course material must be formatted to work in Vonage's existing SCORM training infrastructure and be accessible with a mix of technologies

  • MediaManager's graphic designers designed a pleasant familiar user interface for learners with the Vonage Company branding.
  • An instructional designer produced copy a professional voice actor so that the training material to both visual and hearing impaired learners in text as well as voice.
  • MediaManager's instructional designers worked closely with Vonage's subject matter experts to create storyboard content.
  • Vonage course material was branded and implemented with SCORM 2004 compliance. The course content was created to be compatible with both web-based training and computer based training to work with or without current/future training software.
