San Diego Golf Academy

San Diego Golf Academy needed to take complex, instructor-led training and convey instruction over the internet

The San Diego Golf Academy of America prepares students for positions in golf operations and management. The SDGA employs modern teaching methods for golf excellence and continuous improvement in the provision of education. SDGA offers a curriculum of golf instruction and golf business management at all four golf schools, and provides graduates with the education required to get the golf job they desire.

What San Diego Golf Academy had to say

I have worked with MediaManagers for over five years and have always been amazed at their level of customer service and product knowledge. They are always consistent in offering an extremely high level of customer service and their eLearning knowledge level is unmatched. They worked closely with us to educate us on the processes, project time lines, listen to our needs, and exceed our expectations.

The Challenge

  • SDGA required rich course content in a SCORM format for use in its Learning Management System so that it could track learner progress and identify areas to improve
  • Learning by example is standard in the golf academy industry and SDGA wanted its electronic courses to mirror this
  • Course content must be accessible through a screen reader and company established accessibility guidelines. In addition, the course content must be at a reading level for a high school graduate
